She was born May 14, 1929, in Topeka, Kansas, the daughter of Archie and Mabel (Doud) Cramer. She graduated from Seaman High School, Topeka Kansas .
Barbara worked for Falleys Food 4 Less where she retired in 1991.
Mrs. Bleier enjoyed her pets, flower gardens, sewing, and home projects.
Barbara married George Burton Bleier on November 29, 1947 in Topeka, Kansas. He preceded her in death on March 14, 1983. Survivors include her daughters, Laura Daniel and Paula (Mark) Erpelding, and she has 4 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at Penwell Gabel Funeral Home, 1321 SW 10th Ave., Topeka, Kansas 66604, from 9:00am – 10:00am. A graveside Service will be at 11:00 am., Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at the Mount Calvary Cemetery, 801 SW Westchester Rd., Topeka. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Helping Hands Humane Society, 5720 SW 21st Street, Topeka, KS 66604.
