William J. Howard, 58, of Topeka, passed away, Saturday, December 18, 2010.
William was a former resident of KNI and Sheltered Living prior to moving to Westwood Manor. He was involved in TARC day services.
Cremation is planned. A memorial ceremony will be held 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 22, 2010 at the Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel. Private inurnment will be in the Penwell-Gabel Cemetery.
