Bill was born in Nevada, IA on April 8, 1954, the son of Arthur and Mary Burton.
He is survived by two sisters, Debra Burton and Betty Hopphan.
He has been cremated. Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel is handling the arrangements.
