Patricia Ann Dugan

Patricia "Pat" Ann Dugan, 85, of Topeka, Kansas passed away on June 1st 2026 surrounded by love.

She was born on October 2nd, 1940 in Topeka, Kansas; the daughter of Edman and Dorothy (Daggs) Sullivan. Growing up, she attended and graduated from Hayden Catholic High School in Topeka.

Patricia married John Dugan Jr. on July 15th, 1967, they were married for more than 50 years until his passing on June 5th, 2019.

Patricia worked for the State of Kansas Revenue Department for more than 30 years.

She enjoyed traveling on mystery trips, her basset hounds, visiting with family and friends, and was proud of her Irish heritage.

Survivors include her 4 daughters, Debra Bahret of Topeka, KS; Diane (Brett) Morrill of Wichita, KS; Joan (Scott Sokach) Dugan of Kernersville, NC; and Ronda Dugan of Wichita, KS; her son, John Dugan III of Tulsa, OK. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Ashleigh, Brittany, Megan, Madison, Emma, Laura, and Evan, as well as several great-grandchildren, all of whom will miss her very much.

She is preceded in death by her husband, John, and her parents.

Services will take place on Saturday, June 13th, 2026 at Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 3601 SW 17th St, Topeka, KS 66604. A viewing will begin at 9:30AM followed by Rosary at 10:00AM and Mass at 10:30AM. Graveside will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery, 801 SW Westchester Rd, Topeka, KS 66606.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to either Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic Church or Helping Hands Humane Society.
