Nancy J. Frickey, 101, of Desoto, KS entered into rest on Saturday, March 8, 2008.
She was born June 9, 1906 to William and Minnie Bell (Mosely) Smith in Bynamville, Missouri.
Nancy married Ed Frickey and moved to Topeka in 1924. Ed preceded her in death 1973. After his death Nancy moved to DeSoto in 1994.
Nancy is survived by one son, Don Frickey and sister, Myrna Mashek. Nancy is also survived by her twelve grandchildren and twenty-one great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by twelve brothers and sisters, one son and one daughter, two grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wed., March 12, 2008 at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel. Interment will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery. Nancy will lie in state after 12-Noon, Tues., March 11 at the funeral home.
