Kay Swartz

Christina Kay (Albin) Swartz, lovingly known as Kay, passed away on October 15, 2026 at the age of 82. Kay was born in Topeka, KS to father Harold Henry and mother Geneva (Mayo) Albin. 

Kay married Norman Swartz, and the two of them welcomed a son, Stan, and a daughter, Pam, whom they raised in Silver Lake, KS. Kay also spent many meaningful years working at Silver Lake Grade School in the kitchen. 

Kay was preceded in death by her parents and her husband. 

Kay is survived by her daughter, Pam Wagner (Brian) and her son, Stan Swartz (Jean); her grandchildren Christy Wagner, Ashley Estes (Scott), Casey Swartz (Morgan), Brock Swartz (Victoria); and great- grandchildren Carter, Addison, Gentry, Tucker, Andi, Dakota, Hoyt, and Rylie. 

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
