Inez Marie Blakely

Inez Marie Blakey, 91, of Topeka, Kansas, passed away on September 16th, 2026 surrounded by love.

She was born on September 9th, 1935, in Kansas City, Kansas, the daughter of Everett Franklin and Eunice Viola (Stewart) Winfrey.

On February 8th, 1952 she married Donald E. Moore. He passed away on November 11th, 1994. Several years later, on November 5th, 1998 she married Clarence (Buck) Blakely, he passed away pm November 29th, 2022.

In her early years, Inez she was active in the Shriners Eastern Stars. She was passionate about her relationship with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and will be remembered by her family as a good, kind, and loving mom.

Survivors include her son, David (Becky) Moore, her sister, LaVonne Estep, 9 grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren. All of whom will miss her very much.

Inez was proceeded in death by her parents, sister, Lucille Smith, brothers, Raymond L. Winfrey, Kenneth K. Winfrey, Fredrick D. Winfrey, and husbands, Donald E. Moore and Clarence Blakely.
