Grace Marshall
Grace Kolck Umberger Marshall, 95, formerly of 5010 West Hills Drive, Topeka, and Brandon Woods, Lawrence, died at home in Noank, Conn., Friday, January 4, 2008. She was predeceased by her husband J. Ralph Marshall in 1999. She lived with her daughter for nearly five years in Connecticut.
Grace is survived by her daughter Lynne Marshall and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 3-5 pm Thursday at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel. Private graveside service and burial will be at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Kansas State University's Tradition Founders Fund, K-State Alumni Association, 1720 Alumni Center Manhattan, KS 66506-6600 (http://www.k-state.com) or to the Noank Historical Society, P.O. Box 9454, Noank, CT 06340-9454.
