Charles Herbert Vausbinder JR., 92, passed away at home on March 13, 2018. He was born August 28, 1925 in Topeka to the late Charles Herbert Vausbinder, SR. and Corina Francis (Harris) Vausbinder. He was preceded in death by his wife Donna (Pennick) Vausbinder.
Charles was a graduate of Topeka High School and Washburn University. He was a member of the First Church of Christ Scientist and a passionate Washburn Lady Blues basketball fan. He was active in Friends of the Kaw, Helping Hands Humane Society and Topeka Autobahn Society.
He is survived by a brother, John (Mary Ellen) and many loving nieces and nephews.
A private inurnment will take place at Mount Hope Cemetery, Funerals and Receptions.
