Bruce Alan Noe, 69, of Topeka, Kansas passed away on October 25, 2025.

Visitation will be held on November 8, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home in Topeka, followed by a memorial service starting at 11:00am. He will be laid to rest at Mount Hope Cemetery.
