Bruce Alan Noe, 69, of Topeka, Kansas passed away on October 25, 2025. Born on October 17, 1956, in Topeka, Bruce grew up embodying the values of thoughtfulness, humility, and kindness that would guide him throughout his life.

A graduate of Shawnee Heights High School, class of 1974. Bruce pursued higher education at Kansas State University, where he earned a Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1978. His professional journey led him to work at Texas Instruments, Compaq and Hewlett Packard as an electrical engineer. Known for his inventive spirit, Bruce held a patent for one of his creations, demonstrating his dedication to innovation and creativity.

Bruce was a lifelong learner, driven by a love for reading and education. He had a passion for cycling, running, and playing softball, which he enjoyed throughout his life. His commitment to personal growth was paralleled by his generosity; Bruce often contributed to charitable organizations such as the American Red Cross and the Kansas State University Alumni, supporting advancements at the college that meant so much to him.

Bruce is survived by his sister, Corinne (David) Kidd; his brother, Adrian Noe; his nieces, Nicole (Ryan) Gilliland and Jennifer (Joshua) Glotzbach, and nephews Justin Kidd, and Kyle (Jesynthia) Noe. Bruce was also a proud uncle to eight great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth R. and Mary Lou Noe.

Visitation will be held on November 8, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home in Topeka, followed by a memorial service starting at 11:00am. He will be laid to rest at Mount Hope Cemetery.

Bruce Alan Noe will be remembered not only for his professional accomplishments but also for the warmth and positivity he brought to everyone around him. His legacy of kindness and dedication to others will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know him.
