Larry Wayne Cutsinger, 74, of Topeka, passed away Tuesday, March 14, 2023.

He was born April 27, 1948, in Topeka, Kansas, the son of Everett and Vera (Burress) Cutsinger. He graduated from Washburn Rural High School.

He worked for M. Katch and Company as a scrapyard supervisor and owned and managed numerous rental properties.

Larry was a jack of all trades and mastered fixing anything he laid his hands on. In his spare time, Larry enjoyed collecting antique locks and fabricating keys to fit them. When he was younger, he enjoyed target shooting and collecting guns and was also an amateur photographer. Larry also enjoyed time on the lake boating with his family and friends.

He is survived by his daughter, Ann (Bradley) Ellebracht and two grandchildren, Delaney Ellebracht and Benjamin Ellebracht. He was preceded in death by his parents, Everett and Vera.

His family will greet friends for a memorial gathering on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 from 10:00am-12:00pm at Penwell Gabel Funeral Home, 1321 SW 10th Ave., Topeka, Kansas 66604. He will be laid to rest at Memorial Park Cemetery.
