She was born February 26, 1932, in Topeka, Kansas, the daughter of Richard and Marvel (Bigley) Shields.
She graduated from Seaman High School.
Beth was a church organist for 30 years.
She was employed by Kansas Chiropractic Association for 9 years.
Beth married Charles Hamm, they later divorced. Beth married Harold Martin and he preceded her in death. Beth married Ray Card and he preceded her in death.
Survivors include a son, Kevin (Debi) Hamm, son, Noel Hamm, daughter, Dana (Roy) Baughman, step-son, Harold "Lee" (Jane) Osburn, Step-son, Rick (Lila) Osburn and survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands and son, Douglas Hamm.
The family will greet friends from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 18, 2022 at Penwell-Gabel Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 1321 SW 10th Ave., Topeka, KS.
A Graveside Service will be at 10:00 a.m., Monday, September 19, 2022 at Rochester Cemetery.
