He was born January 10, 1953, in Topeka, the son of Albert “Leon” Anno Jr. and May Louise Anno.
Howard was active in TARC and Sunflower Supports.
He is survived by 6 sisters, 5 brothers, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and step-mother, Betty Anno.
Graveside service will be held Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at 1:00 p.m.
