Mark Len Provo, 50 of Carlsbad, California, passed away in a car accident on September 19, 2021.

He was born October 20, 1970 in Topeka, Kansas, the son of Samuel and Charlotte (Nelson) Provo-Blenden.

He graduated from Topeka West High School in 1989. He received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Marketing from Arizona State University. He worked as an Account Executive for Lenovo Computers.

Mark had a passion for the outdoors and loved spending time with his family taking camping trips, enjoying bon fires, fishing, going to the beach and traveling. He loved supporting his children with their sports and school activities. He was an avid KC Chiefs, KC Royals and ASU Sun Devils fan.

Survivors include his wife, Krista of Carlsbad, CA and their four children, Maria, Foster, Anne, and Archer; sister, Tina (Bill) Gannaway; twin brother, Marty Provo of Chandler, AZ; step siblings, Bryan (Tanya) Blenden, Geoff (Gina) Blenden, Billie Blenden and Christie Blenden; uncle, Bill Pollock; numerous nieces & nephews; and father, Robert Provo.

He is preceded in death by his aunt, Velma Pollock; grandparents, Wesley and Frances Nelson; his step brothers, Sammy Blenden and Justin Blenden.

A Celebration of Life in Carlsbad, CA will be held October 3, 2021.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at the Westminster Presbyterian Church, 1275 Boswell, Topeka, KS. 66610. The service will be available by livestream. Please copy and past the following link in your browser, https://www.facebook.com/wpctopeka/live_videos/.
