Memphis Rayann Snoe, infant daughter of Jammie and Iishshaa (Roberson) Snoe passed away Sunday, December 15, 2019 at Stormont Vail Hospital.
Memphis is survived by her parents, Jammie and Iishshaa Snoe; paternal grandparents, Leon and Diane Snoe; maternal grandparents, KWC Roberson and Annette Cadet; brothers, Jaxon and Gunner and sisters, Mia and Sada, along with several cousins, aunts and uncles.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 28, 2019 at Mount Hope Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Stormont Vail Birthing Center or American Heart Association.
