Pauline Barnes, 90, of Topeka, passed away on December 29, 2018.
She was born on September 3, 1928 in Valley Falls, KS, the daughter of Earl O. and Myra (Brown) Engle.
She graduated from Winchester High School.
She married Don E. Barnes in 1948. They later divorced.
Survivors include children, Dennis D. Barnes (Robyn), Ronald L. Barnes, Carol E. Barnes; 7 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and siblings, Edward Engle, and George Engle.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and siblings, Eva Grubb, Alice Pellow, Ruth Shaw, Earl Engle, Jr.,
Pauline was artistic, and had a great sense of humor. She enjoyed putting puzzles together, and spending time with friends and family.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, January 7, 2019 at Memorial Park Cemetery, 6th & Gage.
