Mary Elizabeth Dugan, 67, Shreveport, LA, formerly of Topeka, passed away Monday, November 5, 2018.
Mary was born October 5, 1951 in Columbia City, IN, the daughter of Glenn C. and Rosemary (Adang) Morehead. She graduated from Topeka High School in 1969 and attended Washburn University.
She was employed as a nurse at Stormont-Vail before moving to Shreveport, LA. She worked at JoAnn’s Fabrics in Shreveport where she found a love for sewing and quilting.
Survivors include sons, Mike and Bill Patrick both of Topeka; and
5 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, Frank and William Morehead.
A Memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel. A Reception will follow at the Parker-Price Reception Center. Private inurnment will be in West Lawn Memorial Gardens.
