Mildred M. Hornbeck 91, Topeka, passed away Monday, November 12, 2018.
Mildred was born October 5, 1927 in Kansas City, MO, the daughter of Orin and Nora (Vickery) Frizelle. She graduated from Nevada , MO High School and attended Cotty College in Nevada.
She was employed as a Manager in the Loan Processing Department of Commerce Bank & Trust for 22 years.
Mildred married Ora J. Hornbeck on July 14, 1962 in Miami, OK. He died November 25, 2005. Survivors include a son, David Ewing,Clearwater, FL; step-son, Kent (Linda) Hornbeck, Murray, UT; step-granddaughter, Cammie Merrill; step-grandchildren, Kylie Merrill and Carson Merrill; sisters, , Charline Whitsitt and Patty Hedstrom and a brother, Jerry (Jill) Frizelle.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Lucille Stone and a brother, Gene Frizelle.
Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
