Donna C. Clinton passed away October 17th at Midland Hospice.
She was born February 3, 1934, the daughter of Kenneth Mirle and Helen Leona Wood Smith and lived in Topeka all her life. She attended Topeka High School and Clarks School of Business. After working for Capper Publications, she started her career with AT&T formerly Southwestern Bell Telephone Company in 1953 and retired in 1986.
She married the love of her life, Herman R. Clinton April 8, 1971, who preceded her in death on December 29, 2008. She was also preceded in death by her parents and brother, Richard L. Smith.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law Shelley and Craig Hill of Topeka; granddaughter, Cassidy (David) Pruente of Lenexa, Ks, grandson Cody Hill of Topeka; and three great grandsons, Ryker, Dax and Cruz Pruente of Lenexa, Ks; her most special and loving companion, John Wenke.
At her request, no services will be held. Remains will be interred at Memorial Park Cemetery along with her beloved husband Herman Riker Clinton.
