Steve Thompson, 65, of Topeka, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes on August 22, 2018.
He was born on February 18, 1953 in Topeka, KS the son of Charles and Doris Thompson.
He married Judy on March 27, 1976. She survives. Other survivors include daughters, Heather Anderson (Steven), and Kelly Heston (Scott); grandchildren, Taylor, Quinten, Kaidence, Taylie, Carter, Kennedy, Colt and Avery; siblings, Charlie Thompson, Sharon Miller, Karen Russell and Maxine Bolte; as well as many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by siblings, David Thompson and Patty Thompson.
His World revolved around his wife, daughters, and especially his grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, August 24, 2018 at the Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel, 1321 SW 10th Avenue. The family encourages casual dress.
