Anna Robinson, 92 a gentle soul and wellspring of grace, kindness and generosity passed away June 11, 2018 at Midland Hospice.

Anna was born August 23, 1925 in Cameron, New Mexico, daughter of Roy and Murrel Chapman. She graduated from high school in Clovis, New Mexico in 1943 and Colorado Women’s College in 1945 with an Associates Degree in Business.

She married L. Bruce Robinson on August 15, 1945 in Tampa, Florida. Their life journey together took them from Florida to Tennessee, New Mexico, Oregon and then, in 1968, to Topeka, Kansas where they lived for the rest of their lives. She was a lifetime member of the Church of Christ.

Anna retired from Southwestern Bell in 1990. For the past few years she greatly enjoyed assisting her good friend, Diane Holloway, at Appraisal and Estate Services.

She was preceded in death by her husband in 2001, a brother, Leroy Levinin in 1925, a son, Roy Dan in 1965 a daughter, Joy in 1976 and a sister, Mary Jane Morton in 2010.

She is survived by her sons, Allan Robinson (Joyce) of Tecumseh, Kansas, Robin Robinson (Lorraine) of Berryton, Kansas, five grandchildren, three great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and a host of wonderful friends.

The family will greet friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, June 15, 2018 at Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel, 1321 SW 10th Ave., Topeka. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at Mount Hope Cemetery and Funeral Chapel, 4700 SW 17th St., Topeka.
