He was born July 28, 1957, in Jefferson City, Missouri, the son of Oscar Jinson and Verna (Burns)
McCullough. He graduated from Seaman High School. He served in the Marine Corps.
Dwayne was employed by the Prairie Band Casino.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include a Daughter, Tami (Brandon) Middleton, Son, Gene (Andrea) Jinson, Sister, Tebra (John) Rhode and five grandchildren, Alexander, Damien, Freya, Connor, Derrick.
