Kathleen graduated from Tonkawa Public Schools and attended University Junior College in Tonkawa. She was a member of the First Christian Church. She was formerly a member of the Washburn Walkers and the Topeka Area Retired School Personnel.
Kathleen married Jack I. Frazier on August 13, 1940 in Guthrie, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on February 5, 2009. She was also preceded in death by one son, Terry L. Frazier on September 20, 2004.
Survivors include her children, James A. (Mary) Frazier of Canyon Lake, Texas, Jeanine A. (Myron) Mott of Topeka, five grandchildren, Troy, Lisa, Meredith, Ashley and Justin, eleven great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, March 9, 2018 at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel where the family will receive friends one hour prior to service time. Burial will follow in Mount Hope Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Great Lakes Caring Hospice, 3715 SW 29th St., Ste. 100, Topeka, Kansas 66614 or to First Christian Church, 1880 SW Gage Blvd., Topeka, Kansas 66604.
