He was born September 21, 1986 in Topeka, Kansas, the son of Ronald Lee and Kathryn Ruth (Woosley) McFall.
Survivors include his parents, Ronald Lee McFall, Topeka and Kathryn Ruth Woosley, Panama City, FL; three sisters, Jamie Lee Woosley, Angel Lynn Woosley, and Michelle Lyn McFall, all of Topeka; a brother, Brandon Paul McFall, Panama City, FL; his aunts, Debra Kay Adams, Panama City, FL and Teresa Diestelkamp, Oklahoma; three uncles, William “Bill” McFall, Terry McFall and Michael Lee Woosley, all of Topeka; 11 nieces and nephews; and his canine companion, Damion.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Lucy Sisk and Walter Earl Woosley, Sr.; and paternal grandmother, Sharron McFall.
Jesse enjoyed spending time with family, especially his nieces and nephews, riding around listening to music, and a love for Jesus.
Jesse will lie in state after 3 pm, Sunday, January 21, 2018, at the Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel, 1321 SW 10th Ave., Topeka, where the family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be given to Angel Woosley, sent in care of Bank of America, 4001 SW Huntoon St, Topeka, KS 66604.
