Dominic Damon Turkin, infant son of Damon and Ashly Turkin, passed away on Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at Stormont-Vail Health Center.

Dominic is survived by his parents, Damon and Ashly of Topeka; maternal grandparents, Patrick and Becky Williams of Topeka and Larry and Ronda Auten; paternal grandparents, Carla D. Turkin of Topeka; Rick D. Turkin of Berryton; maternal great-grandparents, Margaret F. Stadler, Robert and Mary Allen and Ellen Auten all of Topeka; paternal great-grandparents, Helen Garner and Curt and Juanita Turkin, all of Topeka; aunts and uncles, Erin Auten, April and Jayme Turkin, Hailee Auten, Adam Auten and Dez Burns.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Colt Micah Turkin on December 3, 2013 and his great-grandfathers, Carl V. Garner, Junior F. Auten, Francis L. Stadler and Edward J. Creech.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, October 25, 2014 at the Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel, 1321 SW 10th Ave., Topeka. Burial will follow at Rochester Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00-1:00 p.m., on the day of the service at the funeral home.
