Robert M. Crouch, Jr. 71, of Topeka, passed away on Friday, October 17, 2014. He was born July 1, 1943 in Macon, GA, the son of Robert and Eva Crouch, Sr.

Robert graduated from Highland Park High School in 1961 and attended Washburn University. He served in the Army which became a career for many years. He also was employed by Greyhound Bus Lines. Robert was a member of First Assembly of God Church. He enjoyed coin collecting and his pets.

Robert married Sharyn E. Hall on February 14, 1992 in Topeka. She survives. Other survivors include his children, Robynn M. Bears of Topeka, Roslynn M. Crouch of Topeka, two step-sons, Stephen B. (Lana) Hall of Chandler, AZ, Gregory R. Hall of Tempe, AZ, six grandchildren, Megan, Kendal (Christina), Xavier(Carolyn), Tylisa, Alecea, Domonic , three great-grandchildren, Faith, Luna and Azariah.

Services will be held at 1:00 pm Thursday, October 23, 2014 at Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel. Burial will follow in Penwell-Gabel Cemetery. Robert will lie in state and the family will receive friends from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Helping Hands Humane Society, 5720 SW 21st St., Topeka, KS 66604 or to First Assembly of God Church, 500 SW 27th St., Topeka, KS 66611.
