Lawrence Bernard “Bud” Werner, 84, of Topeka, passed away Friday, May 1, 2015. He was born November 1, 1930, in Topeka, KS, the son of Leo and Alice (Collett) Werner.
Bud was a member of the Kansas Construction Trades Union.
Surviving are a special friend in his life: Dorothy Creolla of Topeka; a brother: David L. Werner of Ocala, FL; two sisters, Virginia Getsinger of Burlingame and Carol Whittington of Topeka; as well as, several nieces, nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by three sisters: Mary Lou Iwig, Laverna Frost, and Laura Schultz.
Honoring his request, Bud was cremated. Services will be private.
