Adrian “Bruce” Kramer, 96, Topeka, passed away Thursday, April 16, 2015.

Bruce was born January 20, 1919 in Marquette, the son of William B. and Audrey Miranda (Youngs) Kramer. He graduated from Marquette High School and Kansas State College with a degree in Agronomy.

He served as an Airplane Armorer Gunner in the Army Air Corps during World War II.

He was employed by Snyder Chemical in Topeka for over 25 years and later retired from the State of Kansas, Board of Agriculture, in 1986.

He was a member of the Siloam Lodge #225 A F & A M, the Arab Shrine and Lowman United Methodist Church.

Bruce married LeEtta Fife on August 16, 1942 in Hutchinson. His wife of 72 years survives. Other survivors include daughter, Ruthie; son, Stacy; grandchildren, Allen and Alicia Epstein; and great-granddaughter, Lauren. He was preceded in death by daughter, Gayle Preston; a brother, Zane; and sister, Grace.

Funeral services for Adrian “Bruce” Kramer, 96, Topeka will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 23, 2015 at Lowman United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at 3:00 p.m. at the Excelsior Cemetery in Marquette.

Memorial contributions may be made to Lowman United Methodist Church.
