Robert W. “Bob” Bullock, 95, of Berryton, passed away on Monday, February 26, 2018 at Prairie Wind Senior Living in Berryton. He was born September 2, 1922 in Berryton, the son of Harry L. and Vera (Thompson) Bullock.

Bob graduated from Berryton High School. He farmed in the Berryton Community for all of his life. He was a charter member of the Berryton United Methodist Church which he helped to build.

Bob married Alice Ann Flohrschutz, his high school sweetheart on March 2, 1945 in Topeka. She preceded him in death on November 9, 1998.

Survivors include one daughter, Donna L. (Randy) Horn of West Des Moines, Iowa, one son R. Alan (Patty) Bullock of Berryton, five grandchildren, Amy (Andy) Dana, Mike (Kelly) Horn, Mary Horn, Chad (Breanne) Bullock, Kylie (Paul) Murray, three great-grandchildren, Claire Bullock, Jaxson Robert Bullock and Alexander “Alex” Robert Dana, his siblings, Paul (Marilyn) Bullock and Aggie (Richard) O’Neil, his special friend of twenty years, Dianna Wadley and many cherished nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, March 2, 2018 at the Berryton United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in Lynn Creek Cemetery near Berryton. Robert will lie in state and the family will receive friends from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. Thursday, March 1, 2018 at Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Berryton United Methodist Church, 7010 SE Berryton Rd., Berryton, Kansas 66409.
