She was born on August 23, 1963 in Topeka, KS to Olan and Mary Allen.
She is survived by her husband, Marcus Tuckwin of Mayetta, KS; mother, Mary Allen of Topeka, KS; brother Darrell Allen, of Topeka; four children, Matthew Stovall of Leavenworth, KS, John Stovall of Topeka, KS, and Haley (Timothy) McVey of Auburn, KS, and Bailee Crawford of Mayetta, KS; and eight grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Colleen was a very loved and cherished mother, grandmother, and friend who would do anything for her family and friends. She will be greatly missed.
A funeral ceremony will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 11, 2018 at the Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel, 1321 SW 10th Avenue, Topeka.
The family will receive friends during a visitation one hour prior to the service.
Cremation will follow the service.
