Richard “Dick” H. Knutson, 69, Topeka, passed away Monday, November 13, 2017.
Dick was born February 21, 1948 in St. Ansgar, IA, the son of Harold and Edna (Pike) Knutson. He graduated from Rubidoux High School.
He was employed by Burlington Northern Santa Fe as a supervisor in the locomotive shops in Topeka, retiring September 1, 2006.
Survivors include former spouse, Jo Ann Knutson, Topeka; daughters, Katrina DiRienzo, Palm Springs, CA, Jennifer Hall, Johnstown, CO, Dawn Droge, Topeka; son, Richard H. Knutson, Jr, Palm Springs, CA; 8 grandchildren; sisters, Connie Kaminski, Judy Bunker; and brother, Denny Knutson.
Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at Penwell-Gabel Southwest Chapel, 3700 SW Wanamaker road.
