Lee J. Davidson

Lee James Davidson, 46, passed away on November 8, 2017. Lee was born June 10, 1971 in Shawnee, Kansas, to Wendell and Sue Davidson.

Lee had been at the Attorney General’s Office since 2003, and was the acting Deputy Attorney General of the Criminal Litigation Division since April of 2017. After graduating from Shawnee Mission Northwest High School in 1989, Lee received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kansas State University in 1992. He earned a Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law in 1995.

Lee is survived by his wife, Rebecca (Harsh) Davidson, his daughter Holly Charlton, his son Parker Davidson, his mother Sue Davidson, his sister, Beth Davidson-Messick, and his maternal grandparents James and Marj Baker. Lee was preceded in death by his father, Wendell Davidson, and paternal grandparents Lee and Margaret Davidson, and maternal grandmother Elizabeth Baker.

A celebration of Lee’s life service will be held at 2:30 PM, Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at First United Methodist Church at 600 SW Topeka Blvd, Topeka, Kansas, 66603.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Topeka Heartland Sertoma Club, P.O. Box 797, Topeka, KS 66601 or the Washburn Law School Foundation, 1700 SW College Avenue, Topeka, KS 66621.
