Blake Steven Cazier

Blake Steven Cazier, 2, of Topeka, Kansas passed from his mommy’s and daddy’s loving arms into the Kingdom of God on Tuesday March 7, 2017. Blake was born into an extraordinary family of faith and love on December 23, 2014 in Topeka, Kansas, the son of Christopher and Jaclyn Cazier.

Blake was diagnosed with acute monoblastic leukemia on December 28, 2015 and shortly thereafter his mother began sharing the Team Blake story. Through his mom’s posts, this sweet little boy touched the hearts of people from around the world as they began following his journey. God knew Blake was special and used him in a mighty way to strengthen the faith of many and to bring others to Christ. Blake’s story and the faith and strength of his parents was revealed as his story flourished. The community Blake brought together is nothing less than a miracle - a display of love, support and most importantly faith. Blake touched so many and he will always be in the hearts of his many followers.

Blake is survived by his parents Christopher and Jaclyn Cazier; his siblings Kendall, Mason and Carson; his grandparents Leo and Robin Schreiner and Larry and Patti Cazier; his great grandmothers Betty Cazier, Evelyn Matalone, Jeanette Schreiner, Ruth Sumpter and Doris Sumpter; his great grandfathers Robert Sumpter and Leo Schriener; his uncle Curt and Aunt Anna Cazier and Aunt Ericka Schreiner; his cousins Caylee Cazier, Jake Cazier and Bradley Schreiner; and many other loving family members as well as his faithful Team Blake followers that prayed and supported him through his journey.

Visitation will be Tuesday March 14 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Topeka Bible Church, 1101 SW Mulvane, Topeka, Kansas. Funeral services will be at Topeka Bible Church on Wednesday March 15 at 10:00 am followed by a private burial ceremony. Memorial contributions may be made to Team Blake in care of Penwell Gabel Mid-Town Chapel, 1321 SW 10th Avenue, Topeka, Kansas.
