Bob was born on July 5, 1930, in Topeka, KS, to the late Marjorie and Abram Pratt. He attended Topeka Schools throughout his life and was a proud Alumni of Topeka High School. He retired from the U.S. Air Force with the rank of Major and lived for 35 years in Panama, traveling to Topeka and the good ole USA every year to spend time with friends and family.
