Tim was born January 26, 1967, in Phoenix, AZ, to Robert Olivas and Mary Ann (Bills) Moreno. He graduated from Agua Fria Union High School in Avondale, AZ and attended Glendale Community College.
He is survived by four brothers, Robert Andrew (Kathy Melinda) Moreno of Phoenix, AZ, Scott Anthony Moreno of Avondale, AZ, James Carlos MacKay of Lewiston, ME, and Dale Allen Bills of Topeka, KS; and ex-wife, Susan E. Myers-Thompson.
Tim was preceded in death by his partner, Michael “Mick” Keegan; and his parents.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 24, 2016, at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 NW Independence Ave, Topeka, KS 66608. Burial will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery.
Tim will lie in state after 3:00 PM, Friday, at the funeral chapel where the family will receive friends from 7:00 to 8:30 PM.
